Programs
#1 Bethany Residential
Bethany Residential provides a room and supportive services such as case management, career and educational guidance, transportation assistance, computer instruction, and bi-weekly life skill classes. Women are offered referrals and financial assistance for medical, mental health, dental, and vision care. Residents save 40% of their income and pay off debts. Residency lasts for 6-12 months and serves 7 women.
#2 Graduate Housing
When women graduate from the residential phase, they often move into an apartment. However, some women require further stabilization, and so two graduate homes are avilable offering low-cost housing and continued program services for an additional year for 4 women.
#3 Bethany and Beyond
Graduates receive the same supportive services that are offered for residents, as well as emergency financial aid (rental assistance, car repairs, etc.). Participation is required for women living in graduate housing, and is encouraged for all graduates. Approximately 40 graduates participate annually.
